Passport to a Healthy Heart: Heart Healthy Cooking Classes

Passport to a Healthy Heart

Heart-Healthy Cooking Series

You are invited to explore the world of heart-healthy cuisine through a cooking class series hosted by the Memorial Hermann Heart & Vascular Institute. During each class, a Houston Central Market Cooking School chef will demonstrate how to prepare delicious, heart-healthy dishes, and a Memorial Hermann dietitian will present healthy cooking substitutions, the facts about fat and cholesterol and nutrition goals.

Heart Healthy Cooking is one of the many community programs that Memorial Hermann organizes in support of Go Red For Women.
