About Dan Riley


Dan Riley currently serves as the strength and conditioning educator for the Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine Institute. Dan is a retired strength and conditioning coach, having spent 27 of those years in the NFL (19 with the Washington Redskins and eight with the Houston Texans).

Riley has authored four books on strength training. In addition, he is the co-host of the Roberta & Riley fitness show on 790AM on Saturday mornings at 10 a.m.
