The clinical pharmacy staff consists of a large number of preceptors with backgrounds diverse enough to challenge each resident in most areas of pharmacy practice.

 

Teresa Allison, Pharm.D., BCPS Teresa Allison, Pharm.D., BCPS
Clinical Specialist in Neurosurgical Critical Care and Program Director, PGY2 Residency. Dr. Allison received her B.S. and Pharm.D. degrees from the Medical University of South Carolina. She completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency and Critical Care Residency at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. She joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 1999.
   
Bernardo Elaine Bernardo, Pharm.D.
Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice, Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Pharmacy; Clinical Specialist in Ambulatory Care, Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. Dr. Bernardo received her Pharm.D. degree from the University of Houston. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University of Houston / Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. Dr. Bernardo joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 2009.
   
Kenneth Chong, Pharm.D. Kenneth Chong, Pharm.D.
Clinical Specialist in Medicine and Hematology. Dr. Chong received his Pharm.D. from Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Hermann Hospital. Dr. Chong joined the clinical staff at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 1997.
   
Shital Desai, Pharm.D., BCPS Shital Desai, Pharm.D., BCPS
Clinical Specialist in Ambulatory Care. Dr. Desai received her Pharm.D. degree from Drake University. She completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Edward Hines, Jr. VA Medical Center. Dr. Desai joined the staff of Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 2007.
   
Bradley Domonoske, Pharm.D., BCPS Bradley Domonoske, Pharm.D., BCPS
Clinical Specialist in Surgical Critical Care; Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor, University of Houston College of Pharmacy; and Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice, University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Dr. Domonoske received his B.S. in Pharmacy from North Dakota State University and Pharm.D. from the University of Kentucky. He also completed a specialty residency in Critical Care at Hermann Hospital in 1993. He joined the clinical pharmacy staff of Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 1993.
   
Christine Domonoske (Hochwald), Pharm.D. Christine Domonoske (Hochwald), Pharm.D.
Clinical Specialist in Neonatal Critical Care. Dr. Domonoske received her B.S. and Pharm.D. degrees from the University of Georgia. She completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at The Toledo Hospital and a specialty residency in Pediatrics at the University of North Carolina Hospitals. Dr. Domonoske joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in 1996.
   
Eades Shannan Eades, Pharm.D.
Clinical Specialist in Pediatrics. Dr. Eades received her Pharm.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. She completed a specialty residency and a two-year research fellowship in Pediatrics at the University of Tennessee, Memphis and LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center. Dr. Eades joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2009.
   
Gass Jennifer Gass, Pharm.D.
Clinical Specialist in Cardiology. Dr. Gass received her Pharm.D. from the University of Oklahoma. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Critical Care at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. She joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 2010.

Clinical Specialist in Neonatal Critical Care. Dr. Graves received her Pharm.D. degree from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 Residency at Children’s Medical Center-Dallas. She joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2009.

Clinical Specialist in Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery; Program Director, PGY1 Residency; Adjunct Assistant Professor, Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Pharmacy. Dr. Gulbis received his Pharm.D. from Ohio Northern University. He completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency and an Adult Internal Medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. He joined the clinical pharmacy staff of Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 2004.

She completed a two-year Pharmacotherapy Residency at the Medical University of South Carolina and joined the clinical pharmacy staff of Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 2001.

Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice, Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Pharmacy; Clinical Specialist in Internal Medicine, Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. Dr. Lau received her Pharm.D. degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Lau joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 2009.

Administrative Director, Pharmacy, Respiratory, and Rehab Services. Mr. Maddock received his B.S. Pharmacy degree from Long Island University, Brooklyn College of Pharmacy and his M.P.A. degree from SUNY at Brockport. He completed his residency in Hospital Pharmacy at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. Mr. Maddock joined Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 1998.

Dr. Mitchell received her B.S. in Biology in 1995 and Pharm.D. from University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2003. Dr. Mitchell completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center and joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in 2004.
