Comprehensive benefits for employees and eligible dependents (to include same-sex spousal benefits beginning 7/1/15). Benefit eligibility is based on employee work classification.
Full-time (FT) Employees regularly scheduled to work at least 70 hours each pay
Part-time (PT) Employees regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours each pay period.
Supplemental (SUPP) Non-Nursing: Employees who on average work less than 40 hours each pay
PRN (Nursing) Employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24
hours per pay period. A minimum of three designated holidays are required in
addition to weekend work, accounting for 25% of the total hours.
