Rodney Cox R.Ph., MS

Mr. Cox joined Memorial Hermann in 2009 as the first Health System Administration Resident in the newly formed collaboration with the University Of Houston College Of Pharmacy, affectionately known now as “the Houston Program”. He has remained with the health system serving as Operations Manager, Director of Pharmacy for both the Woodlands Medical Center and Memorial City Medical Center campus. He is a graduate of Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and received his Masters of Pharmacy Administration at the University Of Houston College Of Pharmacy where he continues to serve as Adjunct Faculty for both universities.

Mr. Cox has been an active member of both local and state professional organizations, serving on the Texas Society of Health System Pharmacists board for 5 years and former President of the Gulf Coast Society of Health System Pharmacy.

Mr. Cox has a special interest in strategic planning and advocates a systems approach to healthcare management.

Dr. Green received her Pharm.D. degree from Texas Southern University. She completed a PGY2 residency in Primary Care (now named Ambulatory Care) at Parkland Health & Hospital System in Dallas, TX. Post-residency, Dr. Green served as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist for 4 years managing patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and dyslipidemia. She later served as Clinical Manager of Ambulatory Care Services, managing a team of 22 clinicians and serving as a preceptor to students and residents in both PGY1 Pharmacy Practice and PGY1/PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration programs.

Dr. Green is a Fellow of Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists, past president of Gulf Coast Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and Adjunct Faculty for Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. She joined Memorial Hermann in 2017.

Dr. Adkison earned her PharmD degree from the University of Houston.  She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency with the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System and the University of Houston.  She has been on the faculty of the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program since 2002.


Terence Chau, PharmD, BCPS

Preceptor of Emergency Medicine at Memorial City Medical Center Dr. Chau received his Pharm.D. degree from Purdue University. He completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and a PGY2 Critical Care Residency at Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. He joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann - Memorial City Medical Center in 2011.


Malar Narayanan, Pharm.D, BCPS, BCNSP, BCCCP

Dr. Narayanan received her Pharm.D. degree from The University of Houston. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy residency at Memorial Hermann, Texas Medical Center. She joined Memorial Hermann in 2007 and served as a critical care clinical specialist at Memorial Hermann Southwest for 10 years. She is now currently practicing as a critical care clinical specialist at Memorial Hermann Memorial City.


Chi Peyton, Pharm.D.

Dr. Peyton received her B.S. and Pharm.D. degrees from The University of South Carolina. She completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at West Virginia University Hospital and a Pediatrics specialty residency at Texas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Peyton joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in 2000.


Thomas Roduta, PharmD, MS

Thomas Roduta received his Pharm.D. from Texas Southern University. He completed a combined PGY1/2 Health System Pharmacy Administration residency at Memorial Hermann and a Master of Science in Pharmacy Leadership and Administration at the University of Houston. He joined the Memorial Hermann Memorial City pharmacy operations team in 2018.


Joseph Rogers, PharmD, MS

Joseph Rogers completed his Doctor of Pharmacy at The University of Kansas. He completed a combined PGY1/2 Health System Pharmacy Administration residency at Memorial Hermann and a Master of Science in Pharmacy Leadership and Administration at the University of Houston. He has published on the use of Big Data in health system pharmacy and the topic of inpatient drug distribution and administration. His professional interests include specialty disease state management, transitions of care, and demonstrating pharmacy’s value in the environment of healthcare reform.


Patti Romeril, PharmD

Dr. Romeril received her Pharm.D. degree from the University of Houston, College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Hermann Hospital (now named Memorial Hermann, Texas Medical Center). She served as a clinical pharmacist at Memorial Hermann, Memorial City hospital for 8 years before being named the Memorial Hermann System Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator. In 2010, she was promoted to her current role as the MH System Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services.


Nancy N. Vuong, PharmD, MBIOT, BCPS

Dr. Vuong received her B.S., Master of Biotechnology (MBIOT), and PharmD degrees from Texas A&M University. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy, a PGY2 in Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy at the University of Houston College of Pharmacy/Cardinal Health, and a two-year research fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University Of Houston College Of Pharmacy. She joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center in 2016.


Beth Willis, PharmD

Dr. Willis received her Pharm.D. from the University of Louisiana – Monroe. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. She joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center in 2007.

Lourdes Cuellar received both her B.Sc. Pharm and M.S. in Pharmacy Administration from the University of Houston. She is a past-president of the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists, the Gulf Coast Society of Health-System Pharmacists and past-president and chair of the TSHP Research & Education Foundation Her professional interests are in the areas of pharmacy practice management, mentoring pharmacy students and residents, leadership development, health care policy, alleviation of health disparities, and health literacy & cultural competence.


Jo Ann Maack, R.Ph.

Ms. Maack received her BS in Pharmacy from the University of Houston. She is a co-preceptor for the system pharmacy administration residency with focus on the 340B program and system pharmacy projects. She has management experience in multiple areas of pharmacy practice; hospital, long term care, hospice, home infusion, long term acute care, school based clinics, and retail. She joined Memorial Hermann System Pharmacy in April 2013.


Dehuti Pandya , PharmD, BCPS

Dr. Pandya received her Pharm.D. degree from University of Texas at Austin. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Memorial Hermann Hospital- Texas Medical Center. She joined the clinical pharmacy staff at TIRR Memorial Hermann in 2004.


Mohamed Hersi, Pharm.D

Dr. Hersi received his Pharm.D. from Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. He completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. He joined the clinical pharmacy staff at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center in 2013.


Shreya Parekh, PharmD, BCPS

Dr. Parekh received her Pharm.D. degree from Temple University, Philadelphia. She completed a PGY1/PGY2/MS Pharmacy Administration Residency at Memorial Hermann in 2013. She joined the information technology team at Memorial Hermann after residency and later became the Pharmacy Manager for Memorial City Medical Center.


Dominic Vu, Pharm.D., R.Ph.

Dr. Dominic Vu has been involved in clinical initiatives for medication adherence, improving Medication Therapy Management completion rates, reduction in hospital readmissions, and the implementation of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans for Memorial Hermann Health System. His work has focused on leveraging data for designing clinical programs, and improving medical and pharmacy benefits for cost containment strategies while running the day to day pharmacy operations and PBM oversight. He completed his Pharmacy Managed Care Residency at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, Pharm.D. degree from University of Houston, and Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Midwestern State University. He joined Memorial Hermann in 2014.
