Management Program at Memorial Hermann Southeast- FREE!
The 6-week pediatric
weight management program begins on Saturday, Sept. 18. Each weekly
session will consist of exciting activities to make your learning experience
not only educational but fun! It is important that the participants attend with
their parents each Saturday through graduation on Saturday, Oct. 23, during
our Annual Family Fall Festival & Health Fair.

Night Out: Is it hot in here, or is it
just me?
Please
join us to take part in a menopause management education program aimed
at providing medical information and peer support to women dealing with
the physical and psychological impact of menopause, which usually affects
women age 40 and beyond.

30: Care 2 Chat About Teen Health
Information, inspiration and insights for teen girls and their moms
National speaker, author and popular psychotherapist Mary Jo Rapini, LPC, will present Bullying…it’s More than Sticks and Stones. Care 2 Chat is a free, half-day health symposium featuring short, informational talks and inspirational messages. Always a sellout, the event presents teen health topics in a fun and informative way to girls – ages 11-18 – and their mothers or other key women in their lives.
