A native Houstonian, Dr. Michael Allon received his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine in Lubbock. He then completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, and fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan.
Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology as well as reproductive endocrinology and infertility, Dr. Allon has clinical interests in high risk obstetrics, infertility and reproductive medicine, menopause, reproductive medicine and polycystic ovarian syndrome for patients 18 to 46. He is fluent in Spanish, Hebrew and Arabic.
Dr. Allon believes in taking the time to get to know his patients and answer any questions or concerns they may have. His practice offers the full range of fertility services onsite, including artificial insemination, injectable gonadotropins, in vitro fertilization, an egg donor program, fertility preservation, genetic testing on the embryos (PGS and PGD) as well as surrogacy for couples and individuals.
A Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Allon serves on the advisory board of the American College of Embryology. He has received many awards and recognitions for his accomplishments in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Additionally, he was selected by Houston Texas Magazine, Texas Monthly Magazine, and Houstonian Magazine for his dedication and service to patients.
