A licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), Iris has extensive experience providing clinical services to a diverse population of children, adults, families, and couples in behavioral health and other healthcare settings.
Iris has been a program therapist, mental health specialist, health navigator, medical social worker, children’s clinical coordinator and adoption social worker.
Her areas of expertise include individual, group and family therapy; school behavioral health; crisis and short-term counseling; treatment plan formulation; health coaching; case management; motivational interviewing; foster care programming, placement and counseling; adoption services, programming and counseling; juvenile probation coordination and counseling; life coaching; clinical direction and consultation; program development; program management; and training and workshop presentation.
Away from her practice, Iris enjoys spending time with her children, as well as dancing, exercising, decorating her home and her daughter’s drill-team dance costumes and making tutus every now and then. Over the years, she’s actively volunteered with her children’s schools and programs--a type of service that she truly loves.
