Dr. Francia Rosas-Delgado earned her medical degree at the National University of Columbia. She completed her internship and residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in New York City and a fellowship in cardiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

In practice in Houston since 2014, Dr. Rosas-Delgado is board certified in cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. Her primary clinical interests are cardiac rhythm/arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy and congestive heart failure. She treats patients 11 years and older and speaks Spanish.

Dr. Rosas-Delgado is friendly and truly cares about her patients. Patients describe her as understanding and easy-going, and they say she spends as much time as necessary with each patient.

She is on faculty of Baylor College of Medicine and a member of the Heart Rhythm Association.

A resident of the Heights, Dr. Rosas-Delgado is married and the mother of one son.  When she’s away from her practice, she enjoys cooking, hiking and spending time with her family.
