Dr. Natasha Iliskovic, MD

Dr. Natasha Iliskovic earned her medical degree at the University of Banja Luka Medical School in Bosnia-Herzegovina, followed by a master’s in science and a doctorate from the University of Manitoba in Canada. She completed her residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in cardiology at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth).

In practice since 1988, Dr. Iliskovic is board certified in both internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. Her primary clinical interests are cardiovascular disease in women and heart failure.

Dr. Iliskovic’s patients describe her as thorough, caring, compassionate and an excellent listener who spends the time needed during each visit.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Iliskovic has done extensive cardiovascular research, focusing primarily on cardiomyopathies and congestive heart failure and has published journal articles on her findings.
