Dr. Kristyn Payne, MD

A native of The Woodlands, Dr. Kristyn Payne earned her undergraduate degree in biology at The University of Texas at Austin, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. While working on her medical degree from McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), she participated in clinical research in pediatric dermatology.  She completed her internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston and her residency at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Board certified in dermatology, Dr. Payne is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She has been in practice since 2002 and treats patients of all ages. Dr. Payne’s clinical interests are medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, including actinic keratosis, psoriasis, melanoma, rosacea, acne, rash, excision, basal cell, skin biopsy, skin cancer and moles.

Dr. Payne lives in The Woodlands. In her leisure time, she enjoys exercising, traveling, cooking, watching UT football and being outdoors with her with her husband ,son and the family dog.
