Native Houstonian Dr. Jacqueline Le-Guevara graduated from Texas A&M University with an undergraduate degree in biomedical science and earned her medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in Lubbock. She finished her residency in family medicine at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital in Houston, where she served as chief resident, and completed a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Baylor College of Medicine.
Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Le-Guevara accepts patients ages five and older and speaks Vietnamese. Her primary clinical interests are geriatrics, women’s health and preventative medicine. She is a member of the Harris County Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, Texas Academy of Family Practice and American Academy of Family Practice.
Dr. Le-Guevara enjoys providing individual care and attention to her patients through education, treatment and preventive medicine. She focuses on improving quality of life by reducing the use of multiple drugs to treat a single condition, optimizing chronic diseases and their complications, and empowering patients to take an active role in their medical care.
