Dr. Keith Fiman, MD

Dr. Keith H. Fiman earned his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in Massachusetts and completed his internship at Parkland Health and Hospital System in Dallas,Texas. He then completed his residency and fellowship at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.

Board certified in gastroenterology, Dr. Fiman has practiced medicine in Sugar Land since1995. He specializes in gastroenterology and has clinical interests in colon cancer screening and prevention, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, nonsurgical treatment of hemorrhoids and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

Treating patients 14 years and older, Dr. Fiman believes in a personalized and patient-first approach to medicine. He gives his patients the time that they need to fully understand their conditions and involves them in all treatment decisions. Members of his office staff speak Spanish.

A fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology, Dr. Fiman is past president of the Houston Gulf Coast Gastroenterology Society. He has been selected as one of the Best Doctors in America since 2007 and one of America’s Top Doctors.

Dr. Fiman and his wife live in West University and are the parents of twins.
