Estrera is a graduate of the University
of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas. He completed a residency in
general surgery and a fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at Baylor College of
Medicine in Houston.
Board certified in surgery and thoracic
surgery, Dr. Estrera’s clinical interests include cardiac surgery, valvular
heart disease, aortic aneurysms and aortic dissection. He has practiced in
Houston since 1994, treating patients 18 and older.
