Neuroradiologists are highly skilled radiologists trained in the use of advanced imaging techniques to aid in the diagnosis of various diseases of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nervous system. They deal with scanning and examining different abnormalities of the nervous system using neuroradiological imaging techinuqes like CT scans, MRI scans, PET-CT scans, and angiography studies to study the blood vessels of the nervous system. They diagnose conditions like tumors, abscesses, arteriovenous malformations, etc.
