Dr. Mina Sinacori, MD

Mina K. Sinacori, MD, MPH, FACOG was born and raised in suburban Long Island, New York.  Throughout her education, she received honors and awards for her academic and charitable endeavors.  Dr. Sinacori received her Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, where she majored in Biology and performed research on both breast cancer and breast milk.  She subsequently graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree from New York University School of Medicine and, additionally, obtained a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree.

Dr. Sinacori married her college sweetheart and relocated to Houston, where she attended Baylor College of Medicine for her residency in Ob/Gyn.  Subsequently, she went into private practice at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital.  Her goal, which she continues to this day, was to provide “individualized, compassionate, and comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care for women of all ages.”

She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology, a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, an actively involved member of the Harris County Medical Society and Texas Medical Association, and past President of the Harris County Medical Society Western Branch.

Additionally, she has and continues to serve on several committees involved in patient advocacy and quality care initiatives. Dr. Sinacori has conducted multiple speaking engagements lecturing to both physicians and the community, and has been featured on health segments in the media.  She has published research on innovative emerging technologies in maternal fetal medicine, and spoken extensively on HPV vaccination and virology.  Dr. Sinacori has two wonderful children, a supportive husband and close-knit family, and loves animals, cooking, and everything Disney.

A respected member of the medical community, Dr. Sinacori is both friendly and compassionate, and innovative and skilled.  She believes in the benefits of preventive care and healthy living during pregnancy and throughout life.  She understands each patient’s needs and concerns are unique, and individualizes her patient care accordingly.  We hope you enjoy coming to see her and her dedicated and friendly health care team!
