Dr. Stephanie C. Fulton earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center Medical School in San Antonio. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, and St. Vincent’s Medical Center-Richmond in New York, where she served as chief resident. Following her residency, she treated high-risk pregnancies in the U.S. Public Health Services’ Indian Health Service in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.

Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Fulton’s clinical interests include adolescent gynecology. In practice since 1985, Dr. Fulton treats patients with a caring attitude. She views preventive care and patient education as keys to the wellbeing of her patients. Members of her office staff speak Spanish.

Dr. Fulton lives in west Houston and in her leisure time enjoys sewing custom clothes.
