Before my Tommy John surgery I was in a lot of pain and movement in my elbow was very limited. Since my surgery I have full mobility and I have returned to playing softball at full capacity. Dr. Mays was GREAT!!! He went above and beyond to get me to my goal of playing again by a certain date. I really appreciate that.
My whole family is patients of RBJC; we recommend them to anyone and everyone. I wear my RBJC shirt from time to time and always have people ask me about the facility and I let them know the great care me and my family have received over the years.
I shattered my right wrist playing tennis. Three months post surgery and physical therapy, my mobility is about 90% and I have just returned to the tennis court. All other activities are back to normal.
I have been very pleased with all the staff at RBJC - the Front Office is efficient and professional, the surgical schedulers are informative and Chris in the cast room is skilled and quick!
Dr. Mays is a positive, upbeat physician who possesses a great bedside manner. His skillful surgical finesse, coupled with his thoroughness in explaining all procedures and possible outcomes resulted in a very satisfied patient!!
Hope to see you soon -
I just wanted to say thanks for everything you have done for my mom (Mildred Court) so she can have her life as well as her independence back. With your skill & her determination I believe she is well on her way to recovery. It is rare & exciting both to find a doctor like you that is caring, thoughtful & capable of helping people & even the elderly. I know that you were brought up right & I'm sure your family is very proud of you so keep up the good work.
Thanks again Dr. Mays,
from Kenneth Court & my family
