Dr. Susan Pacheco is a pediatric immunologist/allergist specializing in pediatric asthma, allergy, and immunology affiliated with Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital and Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center. Dr. Pacheco is associate professor of pediatrics at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Medical School.
Dr. Pacheco was among a group of individuals recently honored by The White House as “Champions of Change” for her work to protect public health from carbon pollution. Dr. Pacheco is a health representative for the Climate Science Rapid Response Team and also trained with the Climate Reality Project in 2006. Dr. Pacheco also founded The Alliance of Health Professionals Against Climate Change Awareness.
