Dr. Parikh received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and earned his medical degree from Texas A&M Medical School. He completed his residency training in internal medicine and pediatrics at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Medical School.
Board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics, Dr. Parikh has been practicing medicine in Houston since 2004. His special interests include inpatient and outpatient care, post acute hospital care, management of acute and chronic disease, preventative care and pediatrics.
Treating patients from 5 years and older, he believes in the importance of communicating openly and earning each patient's trust. He also advocates the continuity of care and prefers to oversee and manage the care of his patients personally if they are hospitalized.
Married with two children, Dr. Parikh enjoys active sports in his spare time.
