Dr. Laurie Hogarth, MD

Dr. Laurie Hogarth earned her undergraduate degree at the University of North Texas in Denton and her medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She also completed her residency in pediatrics at UTMB, where she served as chief resident during her final year.

In practice in Houston since 2001, Dr. Hogarth is board certified in pediatrics. She provides a full range of services for patients from newborns through teens, including routine checkups, immunizations, school and sports physicals, vision and hearing screenings, and diet and nutrition guidance. She treats asthma, diabetes, allergies, attention-deficit/hyperactivity (ADHD), colds, flu, bronchiolitis, tonsillitis, strep throat, whooping cough, conjunctivitis (pink eye), infections, burns, sports injuries and other conditions.  She also cares for children with chronic illnesses, autism, and learning and developmental disabilities.

Dr. Hogarth is dedicated to creating a dynamic partnership with parents that supports the health and wellbeing of their children.  Parents rate her very highly, citing her amazing bedside manner, the amount of time she spends with patients, and her ability to answer questions and give clear instructions.

Away from her practice, Dr. Hogarth enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf and traveling.
