Dr. Victoria Regan, MD

A graduate of Notre Dame University, Dr. Victoria Regan received her medical degree from McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston. She then completed her internship and residency in pediatrics at McGovern Medical School, where she was chief resident.

Board certified in pediatrics, Dr. Regan has been in practice since 1991. She provides comprehensive pediatric care to patients from newborn to age 18. She offers well examinations and physicals as well as sick visits that range from rashes and ear infections to more serious chronic issues such as asthma. She also sees her patients in the hospital.

Dr. Regan takes a personal approach with each patient and spends one-on-one time with them. She believes that listening to the concerns of her patients and their parents is vital in developing a relationship of trust. Dr. Regan enjoys working closely with parents and providing them with guidance on normal growth and development in raising their children and watching them grow up.

Dr. Regan is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Texas Pediatric Society and Texas Medical Association. She has been designated as one of Houston’s Top Doctors by H-Texas Magazine and Guide to Top Doctors published by The Center for the Study of Services in Washington, D.C. Dr. Regan currently serves (over) as senior vice president over Women’s and Children’s care at Memorial Hermann Health System.

A Sugar Land resident, Dr. Regan and her husband have two children. Away from the office, she enjoys playing tennis, baking and spending time with her family.
