Dr. Christopher Kennon Livingston began his higher education at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in biology. After graduating with his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Louisville (U of L) School of Medicine in Kentucky, Dr. Livingston continued his medical training with a general surgery internship and residency at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston.
He went on to complete two fellowships. As part of his microsurgery research fellowship, Dr. Livingston trained in plastic surgery with the Microsurgery Training Center at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, which is now known as St. Joseph Medical Center. Then he returned to the U of L School of Medicine, where he completed a hand and microsurgery fellowship at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery. Dr. Livingston completed his medical training with a reconstructive surgery residency at McGovern Medical School.
Board certified in plastic surgery and hand surgery, Dr. Livingston performs a wide range of cosmetic procedures for the face, breasts and body. Dr. Livingston specializes in breast augmentation (breast enlargement), breast reconstructive surgery (breast reconstruction), hand surgery, liposuction (lipo), rhinoplasty (nose reshaping) and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck surgery).

In addition to caring for his patients, Dr. Livingston teaches and trains plastic surgery residents in his role as an assistant clinical professor in the Division of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at McGovern Medical School. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS).
