Q. How often can I get CPAP/Bipap supplies? (When do I qualify for new supplies?)

Q. When should I expect equipment to be delivered?
A. Once your order has been processed, you will be contacted by our dispatch department to confirm delivery details.
Q. Do you move and or haul away old equipment?
A. Unfortunately, our technicians are not allowed to move any existing furniture or equipment. We do not haul away or remove any old equipment.
Q. Can you help move patients?
A. Our technicians' specialty is our equipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with moving patients.
Q. Do you provide electric wheel chairs and scooters.
A. Yes, we can provide those items. However, coverage for the cost of these items will depend on your insurance policy.
Q. Can I rent equipment by the day or week?
A. No, we bill rental equipment on a month-to-month basis. We do not prorate charges.
