Employee and Family Assistance Program
The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) helps employees, supervisors and organizations manage work and life issues that affect workplace productivity.
EFAP also assists management in addressing productivity and business performance issues.
Strict confidentiality guidelines give employees and management the freedom and comfort to solve problems privately.
For employees, counselors are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to help guide you through whatever crisis or problem may arise. Generally, the Memorial Hermann Employee and Family Assistance Program is implemented as part of an employee's benefit plan and is scheduled to begin with other benefits. EFAP professionals can help with:

- Alcohol and drug abuse
