Your Hospital Stay
Going Home
When it is time
for you to leave the hospital, your doctor will write the orders on
your chart. At this point, you may begin gathering your personal belongings
in anticipation of leaving the hospital within a few hours. Before leaving,
your nurse will give you instructions and prescriptions. A staff member
or volunteer will escort you to your car. |
