Be sure your name is on the cup or bag.
We cannot accept
responsibility for valuables left in your room. Please leave money,
jewelry and credit cards with a family member or leave them at home.
If you must keep your valuables with you, arrangements can be made by
a staff member to use the hospital safe. Any items you choose to keep
in your possession are your responsibility.
Parking
Refer to the "Directions and Parking" links on each of the
Location pages.
Your
Room
We hope you will be comfortable in your room. Your bed has a control
button that enables you to raise or lower it. Your room will be cleaned
and disinfected regularly. In an effort to conserve energy, your linens
will be changed every other day unless they are soiled. If your linens
require changing, notify your nurse.
In facilities where
they may be a limited number of private rooms, all private rooms
are assigned based on current availability. If you desire a private room, or if you are a member of
a Memorial Hermann membership

companies pay only semi-private rates, you will be asked to make payment
arrangements with the Business Office if you are not a member of one
of our membership programs.
