Ambulatory Medicine Center

Cardiac Rehabilitation

Designed to help patients recover following heart attack, angioplasty, stent insertion, bypass surgery and angina, our Cardiac Rehabilitation Program offers:

  • Behavior modification training
  • Cardiac consultation and education
  • Heart disease management
  • Prevention programs
  • Prescribed exercise
  • Stress management education

We partner with the Northwest YMCA for the Heart Values Program, a maintenance program for graduates of our cardiac rehabilitation program.

Hours and Location

Classes currently meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 7:30- 8:30 am and 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Ambulatory Medicine Center, which is located on the first floor of Memorial Hermann Northwest Campus’ South Tower.
