Continuing Care
University Place offers a complete continuum of care, which allows for rehabilitation from injury or illness with the help of University Place's Personal Assistance Services. In many cases, these services enable residents to recuperate in their own apartments and return to a normal, active lifestyle. For residents who need regular or full-time care, our personal assistance apartments and nursing center offer progressive assistance in pleasant surroundings.
Opened in 1996, University Place Nursing Center provides skilled and long-term care in a gracious environment. Residents enjoy a variety of activities and entertainment. Its 60 licensed beds include 16 Medicare skilled beds.
Everyday Conveniences Include:
- Continental breakfast Choice of daily afternoon or evening meal, except on weekends. On Saturday the Bistro is open from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday brunch is available from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. 24-hour security Utilities paid Local telephone paid Basic cable TV paid Additional meals available
