Non-Member Fitness Programs
The Wellness Center offers a variety of programs and services to
the community, as well as to members. Non-members may participate in
numerous fitness activities (listed below), spa services, clinical
services, acupuncture chiropractic and more.
Personal
Training
Whether you are an athlete, a postpartum mom or an exercise novice,
new exercise goals are attainable. Personal training helps increase
motivation and workout efficiency, promotes proper education and enhances
performance.
Personal training programs include resistance training, cardiovascular
training, Pilates training, body sculpting, muscle toning, weight management,
flexibility enhancement, special population training, clinical exercise
and post rehabilitation customized to your needs.
Additional fees apply for personal training, and services may be
purchased in packages (members receive a discounted rate). To schedule

Pilates Reformer
This dynamic system developed in the 1920s by physical trainer and
boxer Joseph H. Pilates incorporates a combination of stretching and
strengthening exercises that emphasize body symmetry and abdominal
control.
