While most women have heard the message that early detection is the key to surviving breast cancer, many still put off having regular mammograms. A comprehensive, state-of-the-art screening and diagnostic facility, the Breast & Bone Center provides quality health services with board-certified and dedicated breast specialists.
In an easily accessible and spa-like environment, 7,500 square-feet are dedicated to a full range of advanced screening and diagnostic services. This includes new digital mammography technology that is faster and more comfortable and provides physicians with highly detailed images to assist in diagnosis.
We offer board-certified, dedicated breast radiologists and the following accolades: American College of Radiology-accredited Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, accredited by the American College of Radiology, and certified by the Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA)

Breast cancer affects everyone, whether it’s a mother, sister, daughter or friend. Since 2001, the Memorial Hermann In the Pink of Health luncheon has generated over $2.5 million with 100% of the funds benefiting Montgomery County. Here’s how we’ve made a positive impact on our community:
We provide free mammograms to underserved women. This year, we offered our partner, The Interfaith Community Clinic unlimited referrals to our Breast & Bone Center for free screening mammograms to women who could not otherwise afford it.
- We purchased state-of-the-art diagnostic technology that detects breast cancer up to 3 years earlier than a standard mammogram.
- We fund extensive educational materials for newly diagnosed cancer patients.
- We fund workshops and a retreat for cancer survivors to provide education and support to help them navigate through their cancer journey.
Bone Health Services
Bone Densitometry
This procedure measures bone mineral density to identify bone strength and weakness. This information is a useful diagnostic tool in diagnosing osteoporosis.
Instant Vertebral Assessment
This assessment identifies and evaluates bone mineral density with vertebral spine fracture prevalence. Test information is used to make the best possible preventive treatment strategy.
