Memorial Hermann Wound Care - Greater Heights provides comprehensive outpatient chronic wound management, to The Heights community, through our state-of-the-art hyperbaric and advanced center.
The center is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of affiliated physicians, nurses and technicians with advanced training in wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
Our mission is to improve the quality of life of patients with chronic and acute wounds and to reduce the number of amputations. The wound care team works with the referring physician to coordinate a plan of care to achieve the best possible outcomes. Learn more about wound care.
Our specialists develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for a full spectrum of problem wounds, including pressure ulcers, venous stasis ulcers, diabetic ulcers, arterial ulcers, trauma wounds, crush injuries, burns, gangrene, problem surgical wounds, complex soft tissue wounds, compromised skin flaps and grafts, radiation tissue damage and bone infections.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

Amputation Prevention Center
Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Amputation Prevention Center, a comprehensive wound healing and amputation prevention center dedicated to optimizing healing and preventing lower limb loss in those patients with chronic, non-healing wounds. Our approach to wound care is aggressive and comprehensive, coordinating traditional and advanced therapies that aid and accelerate the healing process.
Our center is staffed by a multi-disciplinary team of physicians, nurses and technicians with advanced training in wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
