School and Sports Physicals
Memorial Hermann Northeast’s affiliated physicians can provide yearly school and sports physicals for your child. Click here to find a physician and schedule your child's physical.
The official sponsor of Humble ISD, New Caney ISD and Sheldon ISD athletics, Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital will perform electrocardiograms (EKGs) and free sports physicals for incoming freshmen at these high schools.
Comprehensive athletic physicals go beyond traditional physicals by family practitioners to include screening by cardiologists and orthopedists.
Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital can also streamline these screened athletes into the Memorial Hermann system and link to local healthcare providers should they need additional follow up from these screenings.
*There is a charge for the physicals, $35 - cash, check, or credit card.
