Northwest Hospital
The Ambulatory Medicine Center offers comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services ranging from physical, occupational, speech and aquatic therapy to cardiac rehabilitation, hand therapy and more. Rehabilitation helps people following illness, surgery or injury prepare physically and emotionally for the challenges they will face.
We offer clients a one-stop, return-to-wellness program personalized to fit their lifestyles in the new 16,000-square-foot center located on the first floor of the hospital. Skilled, caring professionals – physicians, physical therapists, occupational and speech therapists – provide services in an atmosphere designed to encourage wellness and independence.
Outpatient therapy facilities feature a large exercise room equipped with treadmills, bicycles and the patented NewStep sitting/stepping machine. The latest technology and a caring staff make the center an outstanding resource for clients with orthopedic, cardiovascular, metabolic, arthritic or neurological barriers to overcome.
