The Pelvic Floor Health Center at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center is the first multidisciplinary diagnostic and treatment center in west Houston focusing on treating men and women who suffer from a pelvic floor disorder.

The Center offers a comprehensive diagnostic program, state-of-the-art imaging technology and a variety of noninvasive treatment options, all in one location. The multidisciplinary clinical team includes affiliated, board-certified specialists in OB/GYN, urology, gastroenterology, pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery (urogynecology), and colon and rectal surgery, as well as board-certified women’s health physical therapists.

Additionally, the clinic offers a mid-level provider and a nurse navigator to assist patients as they undergo their individualized plans of care. Many cases combine therapies to achieve an optimal outcome.

The 4,200-square-foot Pelvic Floor Health Center features:

• Dedicated male and female dressing areas
• Spa-like environment, including warm robes for those needing a procedure

From the south, travel IH 45 north to IH 10 west. Exit Gessner and take a left at the Gessner light. Take a right at the second light and Medical Plaza 4 will be the first building on your right side when you enter the Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center campus.

From the east, travel IH 10 west. Exit Gessner and take a left at the Gessner light. Take a right at the second light and Medical Plaza 4 will be the first building on your right side when you enter the Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center campus.

Entrances & Parking

Medical Plaza 4 is easily accessible off of the Gessner entrance. Parking is available in Garage 4, adjacent to Medical Plaza 4, or on the surface lot. A skybridge on level 3 of the garage provides convenient access to the Pelvic Floor Health Center located on the 3rd floor of Medical Plaza 4. All parking is free of charge.
