Case Management Assistant

The Case Management Assistant provides clerical assistance to the Case Management office.

The Case Management Assistant is responsible for the following:

  • Answering phones

  • Following up on work orders

  • Delivering documents to patients

  • General clerical duties including filing and organization

This position requires minimal patient contact.

Qualifications:

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must have a friendly and professional demeanor

Must be able to multi-task

Physical Requirements:

This position involves walking around to deliver documents to patients, as well as sitting at a desk.
