Care Transfer Services:

To provide personalized care for each patient and their family, our dedicated care team may be able to arrange transportation for patients to a Memorial Hermann hospital closer to home or with the appropriate level of care. The affiliated team’s priority is to connect pediatric and neonatal patients with the Memorial Hermann facility that matches their specific needs.

If a higher level of care is needed, patients can be transported by our specialized Pediatric and Neonatal Critical Care Transport Team or Memorial Hermann Life Flight®. Pediatric and Neonatal Critical Care Transport Team or Memorial Hermann Life Flight®. This includes transport to our Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) at our Memorial Hermann hospitals at Katy, Memorial City, Southwest and The Woodlands, or to the Level IV NICU at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital in the Texas Medical Center.
