Front Desk Volunteer
The Front Desk Volunteer will serve as the first point of contact for hospital visitors.
The Front Desk Volunteer is responsible for the following:
Greeting and acknowledging all visitors in the hospital lobby
Answering questions from visitors and providing directions regarding locations within the hospital
Using the computer to access patient information for visitors
Answering telephones
Qualifications:
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
Must have a friendly and professional demeanor
Must be dependable
Must have basic computer skills
Physical Requirements:
This position requires intermittent periods of time sitting at a desk and walking around the lobby area to assist patients and visitors.
