Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital offers various support groups and classes for cancer patients and survivors close to home in Southwest Houston.
Breast Cancer Survivor Group
This support group provides a forum for breast cancer survivors to lend support, strength and ideas to each other. The group offers a safe place where feelings are accepted and understood. Breast cancer patients can teach each other about coping, resilience and triumphing in spite of adversity.
Parking validated in all surface lots. Snack dinner provided for all who R.S.V.P. by Monday. To R.S.V.P. for our support group or directions, call (713) 456-6711.

Yoga for Cancer Survivors
Battling cancer is a tough road, but Memorial Hermann Cancer Center-Southwest is committed to making the journey back to health a little easier. The classes are free and open to the general public, and are intended for people with cancer who are going through treatment surgeries, and recovery. In recent studies, yoga showed benefits in increasing quality of life such as helping to decrease emotional being, in addition to the physical benefits.

Look Good…Feel Better Class
Look Good…Feel Better is dedicated to improving the self-esteem and quality of life for women undergoing treatment for cancer. It is our aim to improve the self-image and appearance of these women through complimentary group, individual, and self-help beauty sessions that create a sense of support, confidence, courage, and community.
Look Good...Feel Better is a free, non-medical, brand-neutral public service program that teaches beauty techniques to cancer patients to help them manage the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment.
