Parking/Valet parking and rates for Texas Medical Center
Convenient self-parking with air conditioned, skybridge access to the hospital is available in the Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza Garage, located across the street from the hospital at the corner of North MacGregor Drive and Fannin Street. Self-parking is accessible from the southern entrances of the garage off both Main Street and Fannin Street.
In addition, valet parking and patient drop-off for the hospital are available at both North MacGregor Drive and Ross Sterling Drive (at Fannin Street).
Additional self-parking is available in other garages. Please check with the specific hospital area/unit to determine which parking area is most convenient for your needs.

Getting To and Around the Hospital
Finding Your Way
Clearly marked directional signage inside and outside the hospital helps patients and guests find their way easily as they move through the facility. Campus maps and hospital floor plans are available at the Information Desks located at the Cullen Pavilion entrance and the Robertson Pavilion entrance, from the concierge located in the Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza across the sky bridge from Memorial Hermann-TMC, at various wall kiosks throughout the hospital and in Volunteer Services in the Cullen Pavilion.

Parking and Transportation Options
Directions and Parking on Campus
Convenient parking is available in the Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza Garage located directly across Fannin Street from the hospital, with skybridge access to the hospital. Parking is also available in the University of Texas Professional Building Garage adjacent to the Medical Plaza, located off North MacGregor adjacent to the hospital. Rates vary according to the garage; pay stations are conveniently located so that you may pay first before you leave. Please check with the specific hospital area/unit to determine which parking area is most convenient and accessible.
For Patients
Concierge Service
The concierge is located on the second floor of the Medical Plaza, across the sky bridge from Memorial Hermann-TMC. Representatives can offer suggestions on getting around the hospital and city, as well as recommend local hotels, restaurants and other information. The hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Visiting hours and guidelines
- General visiting hours: 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- After 9 p.m. a visitor pass is required (call Security). Visitors are limited to two visitors per patient in the ICUs. Visitors are not encouraged to stay overnight in the hospital. Special restrictions apply for remaining overnight in the patient’s room. Note: There are no accommodations available for overnight stays in the waiting areas.
