Join our results-driven conditioning program led by Jose Cruz, a black belt Tae Kwon Do expert and former navy seal. These high-powered workouts incorporate a wide variety of progressive and innovative techniques to expand your fitness horizons.

Sessions are 5 weeks long every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in the early morning. Each session will cost $195 (15 visits) and is limited to 24 participants. Act quickly!

Low Cost Heart Screenings for Athletes
Several young athletes in Houston have died of undetected heart conditions in the last year. In order to help prevent this from occurring again, the Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine Institute and and the Memorial Hermann Heart & Vascular Institute-Texas Medical Center have teamed up to offer low-cost heart screenings for all athletes ages 12 and up.
