Important Tips

You may take both multivitamin capsules at one time per day if you prefer, just wait about 5 minutes between each capsule.

You must take your calcium at three separate times throughout the day.

Do not take calcium with iron because they bind together and are no longer effective.

Wait at least 2 hours between your calcium and multivitamin with iron.

*NOTE: If you order your vitamins through Nascobal® mail delivery service, your multivitamin has some Vitamin D in it, but not enough. In addition to your multivitamin, you will need to take an extra 2,000 units of Vitamin D to meet your daily needs.

Bariatric Advantage supplements are sold on this website at the suggested retail price. Your quality of care will not be affected by your decision to purchase the supplements elsewhere. Please note that The Davis Clinic receives a percentage of the sales made to our patients through the website.
