Outpatients may have the opportunity to pre-register for your procedure online.
Please note that outpatients are encouraged to pre-register at least three days prior to an outpatient procedure.
Inpatient Registration
Inpatients are pre-admitted to the hospital through their physician or admitted through the hospital's Emergency Room. If you have questions about our admitting process, please contact the Admitting Office at (713) 394-6800.
If you are an international patient, a customer service representative can personally assist you with your arrangements. To pre-register, please contact International Services.
