Whether you are a beginning athlete learning a new sport, a recreational athlete or a professional, Athletic Republic sports performance enhancement training will help you achieve your performance goals. We create the ultimate training environment with our trainers, acceleration training programs and equipment. We offer programs for athletes starting as young as 10 years old, regardless of skill.
Using patented and proprietary equipment, Athletic Republic will safely take athletes just beyond what they normally can do. Our training programs are unique, tested and proven. There are no other equivalent programs in the world developed to improve overall athletic performance in these areas:

Our Program
Under Our Program: Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine offers athletic performance training and is located within the YMCA at their Branch Crossing location in The Woodlands. Individualized training starts at age 10 for both boys and girls, with one-hour sessions limited to four participants. Scheduled trainings occur weekdays after school as well as Saturday mornings; summer hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays.
Acceleration training includes treadmill speed training and is ideal for football, baseball, softball, hockey, tennis, soccer, and track and field. Plyometric training includes multidirectional exercises and jumps, and is ideal for volleyball, basketball, dance and cheerleading. A combination of both types of training improves linear or sprinting speed and builds explosive power for a quicker first step or improved vertical elevation while providing active recovery to sustain performance at game speed.
Average Athletic Republic Training Results
Based on a 21-Session Program
- 2-4 inch increase in vertical jump
- Increase of 2-4 mph in throwing velocity
- Decrease of 0.20 of a second in 40-yard sprint
- 50 percent reduction in recovery rates

- Individual Sessions: $39.50
- Package of Eight Sessions: $300
- 21-Session Program: $260 per month for three consecutive months
