Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital is partnering with Scholastic Books to pre-sell the seventh and final book in the Harry Potter series. Now you can reserve your copy of the highly anticipated book while helping patients at one of the nation's leading pediatric hospitals.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is available at a discounted rate of $21.99, plus tax. A percentage of proceeds will be donated to the Memorial Hermann Foundation to benefit pediatric programs at Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital and Volunteer Services.

Copies of the book can be reserved via the Children's Memorial Hermann Web site. Then, on July 21 at 12:01 a.m., the book will be available for pick-up at an exclusive book release event. Additional pick-up times also will be available for those who prefer to avoid the midnight crowds.

Update July 3, 2007 - The book will be available for pick-up at IBC Bank at 12:01 a.m. and from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on July 21 and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on July 23. On Tuesday, July 24, the books will be available in the Foundation Office located in Cullen 107.
