Teens Using Nutmeg to Get High

It's been happening for a long time now: teens using nutmeg from their parents' spice rack to try and get high. It's no surprise, since there are videos on Youtube showing exactly how it's done. But teens (and their parents) need to be aware of the potentially dangerous consequences of using nutmeg in this way, says Memorial Herman Prevention and Recovery Center's Director of Adolescent Programs Stacie Allphin.
