February 4, 2008 – Volunteers from the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center delivered some very special holiday teddy bears to patients at Children’s Memorial Hermann Hospital Dec. 18. Each bear included a card with a personal message from a blood donor who visited the Blood Center. Pictured, Cassandra Castro, 12, receives a bear from Blood Center employee Portia Schwehr.
