Physician Biography
A graduate of Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Gaffney received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He then completed his internship training in internal medicine and his residency program in neurology at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland where he became chief of the Neurology division.

Board certified in neurology and sleep medicine, Dr. Gaffney has practiced medicine since 1993. He established The Woodlands Neurology & Sleep in The Woodlands, Texas in 2002 and is affiliated with Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital.

Seeing patients from age six and up, Dr. Gaffney specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological and sleep-related disorders.
