Physician Biography

Texas Monthly recognized Dr. Bartimmo as a Texas Super Doctor in 2008. He serves as the medical director for the Memorial Hermann Medical Group and previously was the clinical director of the General Medicine section at Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Bartimmo has been practicing medicine for over three decades and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease with a special interest in preventative health. When not seeing patients in his office, he is working with the member physicians to enhance patient care in the communities we serve. He is interested in the development of the patient-centered medical home and executive health programs.

He is a graduate of Georgetown Medical School in Washington, D.C. and proudly served in the United States Navy. He feels blessed to be a physician and loves spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
