Dr. Foo is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Edinburgh Medical School. She completed her residency at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, where she served as chief resident. Drawn to family medicine because it allows her to treat people throughout their lives, Dr. Foo values establishing personal connections and bonding time with each patient. Dr. Foo is board certified in family medicine and treats patients from newborn and up with strong interest in women’s health and preventive medicine. She is also fluent in Chinese.
